      people. casual workplace. creative energy.

      Cons

      shifts in org, leadership, business strategies. so much that it's impossible to gain ground professionally. many re-orgs leave employees deflated, unempowered and fatigued.

      People are strong and dedicated Location is wonderful Product is fantastic and part of America's history

      Cons

      Company cannot seem to get it's act together around a global operating model Never ending Senior Management changes leave employees with lack of clear direction In-fighting amongst business leads in key departments makes operating very challenging and frustrating

      Pros

      The customers tend to be higher-end, so they're often easier to work with; the flipside is you get entitled jerks who think they can be rude to retail workers. There's pretty good flexibility if you're going to school.

      Cons

      Depends completely on management. Even within stores, how well your shift goes depends on who you're working under that day. Workers have to get used to quirks or specific complaints of whoever the shift lead is.
