      Horrible, Prison-like Atmosphere (Levi's Outlet)

      Pros

      the management of the store is great, the product is very easy to get to know,

      Cons

      It feels like prison. Only expect 5-10 customers all day (if that). Head office are watching the associated on cameras at all times, and you are NEVER to be standing around doing nothing.. no leaning, no talking, and especially no checking your phone, even though you haven't seen a customer in 6 hours and the store looks perfect. You also aren't allowed to eat in the store, and the breaks are not legal or accurate. Pay is minimal for the work that you are expected to do.

      Pros

      Free clothes for uniform. Great wearing jeans and t-shirt to work. Good staff discount.

      Cons

      A bit clique-y but that could just be personality clash. Was given all the horrible jobs like cleaning the fridges in mess room even though I never used them.

      Levi puts a huge importance on work-life balance. The company also emphasises strong set of values that echoes around the organisation very well. Overall, a good working environment to be at.

      Cons

      Career opportunities can be slow but compensation & benefits outweigh that.
