      Pros

      There are so many great people and great product at this company where you have the chance to grow. I have been worked with lot of talented persons over the few years across the organization and have received lot of support and help.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of leadership changes recently. The main focus is on the lean management which is great but in the same time some area became very complicated to work with instead of simple. Work/Life balance was lost in the last few month.
