Good team members, very friendly and helpful. No conflicts, everyone are doing their job and trying the best for company, many responsibilities. No commission, money are really poor for this responsibility.

Clear strategy and procedures, hard to beat 160yrs of experience in fashion industry. Extremely efficient, the office was small with only 12 employees but the workload was still manageable because of the professional set up of the tasks. I also really enjoyed a bit more diversity within my role, also organizing fashion shows and getting involved with marketing or e-commerce, B2B. The tools and knowledge provided for my work from the company was super helpful and made my job - in satisfying customers - easier and definitely aimed to improve the business not just Levi Strauss & Co. but also for the accounts. The management was demanding, kept us under pressure and still their attitude and friendship made work enjoyable and worth the effort. Definitely a type of place I would love to work again! Production was also helpful with some SMU's made for European business and helping us achieve targets. I also liked the opportunity for replenishment on the key items/styles.
