      Pros

      Worked at LS&Co. about five years. Not a great workplace experience in terms of environment, technology and certain culture aspects. Some leaders are really inspiring and authentic such as brand president. Amazing brand. Sustainability is a strength.

      Cons

      Since investing heavily in digital transformation, agility and diversity - it’s become painfully worse in all of these areas. Heavily bureaucratic and political environment. Very difficult to get work done. Incessant wasted time in meetings. No surprise - workload issues have escalated out of control in past year. Grateful to have moved on and significantly regained many areas of physical and mental health since.
