      Poor upper management, doesn't take HR complaints seriously until it's too late, only cares about the business and not employees.

      Bad Ethics and too much politics

      Excellent 401 K match 40% Discount on clothing

      Cons

      Bad work culture with too much favorism and everyone is into too much politics. You can not work independently here. If you are joining Levi Strauss as a contractor then you are good but if you are joining as a full time employee then Levi Strauss is not the company for you. You will regret it :)

      Pros

      401 k program. Leadership does care about their associates. Room for advancement if you’re willing to work for it.

      Cons

      Unreal expectation, upper management has no idea what is really going on or daily task that have to be done by supervisors. No proper training programs for leadership.
