Terrible work-life balance...

Pros

Levi's makes great product and has developed an excellent brand. The company is very community-oriented and has many talented merchants and designers to learn from. The compensation package is competitive.

Cons

Management is constantly reorganizing, downsizing, then rehiring. The resource allocation is very mismanaged. Levi's had the worst work-life balance expectations I have ever experienced. There is no open to listen from HR or senior management to do anything to fix it.

Pros

As a company, it really does look out for the employees. Great culture and people.

Cons

Lack of structure for development and retention of employees. What team and department you are a part of is what will drive your success. (I.E. good manager, important team) It is like the wild wild west. Constantly changing structure and organization about every 6-9 months.

Pros

great people, great managers and leaders (this is for Retail Channel). surrounded by passionate individuals who are scrappy and looking for every penny and opportunity for the business to succeed. Overall company has great values.

Cons

Overall Company's upper leadership has no clear vision/strategy on where the company should be going. Re-orgs every year. Changes every year. No continuity of strategy, not seeing things follow through, no accountability. Tech systems archaic.
