There are so many ..where do I begin... Out-of-touch management who believe they are still in the 90's when Levi's commanded a premium Shuffling those out-of-touch management types from one assignment to another. Bring in fresh innovative talent and let them disrupt. NO contstraints....I saw incredible new talent seep out of the company..they could not take the layer after layer after layer of approvals necessary to innovate.

Some of the most creative, smart, hard-working people work at Levi's. I feel like co-workers become friends, which makes the hard days better. Lots of perks.

Cons

Upper management is a disaster. People are promoted who don't know how to manage employees.Constantly changing their minds on the business strategy. They are always laying people off. Lack of communication from upper management is a serious problem.
