      Pros

      A great brand that is trying to hold on to its iconic nature

      Cons

      Too much change to accomplish anything. No opportunity for internal growth. Executives don't want to listen to experience.

      Pros

      Global reputation of the company is outstanding, compensation is fair, the people are smart and motivated. There are opportunities to move around internally if you work hard and prove yourself.

      Cons

      Internal communication is fragmented and inconsistent because employees on the lower echelons are frequently kept out of important discussions and aren't well trained on modern consumer insights. The company needs to put the customer first more than it does - it is confusing both internally and externally when offers, products and experiences aren't omnichannel and don't align.

      Pros

      You will love working here if you're in love with the brand and a go getter type of person. No company is perfect but this company is as close as it gets to me! If i had the chance to go back I would in a heart beat. The brand and the people are great!

      Cons

      Honestly, I think a higher corporate employee discount would be nice! Other than that I was really happy.
