      Pros

      - They have a cafe located on the premise that is pretty solid - They offer a free shuttle from bart to work

      Cons

      - Took away half day fridays - Work/life balance does not exist - Unrealistic expectations from senior management for financial numbers - Constant re-orgs causes new processes - Archaic systems

      Levis-ok for a job but culture is changing

      Pros

      Good work life balance and it sems fairly stable now. Benefits are decent although health package is not great, 401k is good.

      Cons

      Mgmt lacks any clear direction even though they are promoting a new Breakthrough strategy. Everyone has become very competitive and political trying to be at the front, and get recognition. Not a lot of cooperation, and you need to manage your image well to survive.

      Pros

      It is a more relaxed working environment than some I have worked at in the past. The company is committed to making the community and world a better place; good company values. Levi's is good to its employees; it's not uncommon to find employees with 20+ years tenure. Overall, there is a very good work/life balance and flexibility. The company has 'plaza hours,' which allows employees to work half-days on Fridays.

      Cons

      Improvement in process and infrastructure are often slow to change. You find the 'we've always done it that way' mentality used frequently, especially among those who have been there for a long time.
