Pros

Levi Strauss is an active community partner - They encourage the employees to get involve in community projects. As a company, they have great benefits which includes great 401K match percentage, ability to attend sample sales, half day fridays, Levi Store discounts. Being able to wear jeans every day to work is great!!

Cons

As a company, Levi's is slow to change. they are not on the cutting edge when it come to ways of working. They don't invest in the employees when it comes to training be it internal or external. Concerns about management are ignored...even if several people are complaining about the same person. They are not strategic in their thinking - they latch on to ideas and concepts without doing the necessary due dilligence to ensure it's a viable idea. Management does not listen when employees sound alarm bells.....if a goal has been decided upon we go in that direction, regardless!!

Pros

The benefits like free medical insurance for fulltime employees, when they complete a three step wellness program. A wellness app to improve your overall health that employees can earn reward cash for completing health goals. Earning time off hours (for FT), the more years you work there the more hours you can accumulated.

Cons

Too many tasks to complete in a day with hardly any hours given while balancing consumers as a priority first. Due to low hours, many employees have a 2nd job which makes it difficult to work around availability. Having an off-site stock room, depending on the location, the walk can be far; it's an inconvenience when you have to carve out time to do stock checks or online order fulfillment and organization at the off-site.

Pros

Good coworkers, fun environment, overall good experience.

Cons

Very corporate and rigid rules. Old fashioned dress code for women (may as well have held a ruler up to our knees). Men could wear shorts, women couldn't. Just very, very, corporate, not very lenient.
