Pros
If you push hard enough and work unpaid overtime, push back at upper managment, and push bad employees out the door you will be rewarded with slight raises and occasional praise. If you dont like seeing your family and having your time off denied for no reason this is a great place for you. Remember a good manager can make a store great as long as your fellow managers are willing to change.
Cons
If you have a bad store manager youre better off quitting. The DM will side with the store manager. When understaffed the company tries to push you not to change your hours and leave fitting rooms open even if youre alone. If you close the fitting rooms you will get in trouble so you better just callout or walkout youll get in less trouble.
