They treat you as less than. Managers stand around in clusters, talking to each other, and passing customers off to stylists. Many of them will badger us about working on standards and mentioning promos but will not do any of the things they insist we do. They're condescending and will talk trash behind the backs of employees. They constantly still AOS from employees. There is a total disregard for the private lives of employees that may impact the employee s ability to come to work or to do their work properly. You work for the convenience of them. There is more I could say, but I work here still.
