Pros

Levi's is a large corporation with strong company values. there's a lot of opportunity to be involved in employee resource groups, trainings, company town halls and get support from different areas of the company. Since the pandemic started they implemented meeting free fridays and the last friday of the month is a company holiday which has been so helpful mentally during this crazy year!

Cons

Its more disorganized than I would have expected a large company to be, but maybe that depends on department.

Executives are partial to employees who've been there longer and do not give newer employees a chance. It is very hard to get a promotion.
