The management would enforce rules that suited them and made some rules up as they went along for their benefit. They have absolutely no regard for their employees. I never missed a day, never showed up late, I did have to leave early one time, I would provide work that exceeded their expectations but because I wore a hat with cat ears on it in the wintertime my boss told me not to wear it.
