Pros

Good Benefits, fair pay. There is a lot to learn, and a good place to start your career. Unfortunately do to the frequent moral beatings, Leviton is merely a stepping stone instead of long term workplace.

Cons

Very stressful work environment, upper management constantly makes threats and belittles the workers. Difficult to advance unless you know the right people or are in the family. Upper management no longer treats the employees as people, but more like worker drones. Procedures are set forth to follow but are jumped when it is inconvenient for management; the employees are then blamed when things go wrong.

Good place to start, competitive salary for the area and a good opportunity to gain experience in the manufacturing field

Cons

The decision to close the El Paso plant and move operations to North Carolina and Mexico, El Paso is a strateic city; conisder it a bad decision
