Pros

Much of the work is not super taxing/difficult. 9-5. Steady job company has been around forever and isn't going anywhere.

Cons

Directors often do too much and can be difficult to consult when there are issues. They are almost too involved in everything and often feel as though they are hindering progress because they cannot devote enough time to any one thing.

Leviton has very good health care and more than fair on attendance. they put through a Registered Apprenticeship N.C. Department of Commerce Injection molding Technician.

Cons

The pay scale is lower than most other companies. I really do not have much more cons to speak of.
