Family own business. Working with the original family member is great very conscious of the employees.

Cons

Management is clue list and running the company down the dumps. Mis-manage employees and brings morale down causing them to jump ship.

Plenty of interesting projects. Advancement opportunities if you work hard and deliver on projects Management cares. There is enough flexibility to balance the needs of the employees and company You get to see your work in Home Depot and people's homes. That's gratifying
