Most of the faculty are kind and helpful to each other. Departments are well funded and there is an abundance of activities around campus that help with faculty development.

Cons

Administration is unkind and unfriendly and unhelpful.

The staff and faculty are very passionate and dedicated to giving the best opportunity to students. Faculty are incredibly supportive of each other.

Cons

Current administration does not seem to care about how over-extended staff, faculty, and students are. Administration seems outright hostile toward some academic programs.
