What a great environment! People are friendly and care about both your personal interests as wel your professional interests and advancement. The weather is wonderful. Small campus. If you can secure one of the higher paid positions, you'll love it.

Cons

Just slightly low pay. Improves with experience, particularly with a Master's degree.
