Pros

The people at LCSC are generally enthusiastic and fun to work with. The benefits aren't bad either- 4 weeks of vacation for professional staff!

Cons

The pay leaves a lot to be desired. Also... decisions are often made at the top without any input whatsoever solicited from those who will be directly affected by said decisions.

Pros

to be able to help other college students learn the skills and concepts that each student must learn about the student's chosen degree while providing a study friendly environment.

Cons

The only downside that I found is that the job is seasonal.
