Pros
Everyone was very kind to me. I felt like I could get help if I needed it. People were approachable.
Cons
The other people working in the department were not trained in the field. People had degrees in all kinds of fields, but were teaching in an intensive English program. The turnaround was very high. Literally none of the people who worked there when I started are still there. Pay is very low and hourly. No pay for your office hours or grading, just the few hours you're in the classroom.
