      Do not work on weekends

      Cons

      Lack of staffing. Low pay. No teamwork. Long stressful days. Main physician is unappreciative. You are talked down to like a child. Belittled. Coworkers cry almost daily. Personal life is brought into the workplace. HR is aware,,they do nothing. Low pay. No descent raise and you are doing work of 3 people.

      about a handful of staff was great to work with, but to scared to lose their jobs to stick up for what is right and wrong.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, doesn't care about employees. Will build cases to get rid of you. HR and corporate compliance will do nothing to admit that they were wrong.
