The only con I could name is the parking at the main campus facilities.

PTO accrues very slowly (~16 days off per year for a FT employee). Only three holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day) and as a non-essential personnel, we were required to take PTO those days. Micromanaging administration. Schedule changed from flexible to rigid (we had to clock-in 5 minutes before or after our scheduled clock-in time). Poor food quality and many missing items on trays, leading to endless resident complaints. Required to attend time-consuming events (care plan meetings, wound rounds, weight meetings, soon-to-be clinical rounds, etc.). Also required to call a resident's responsible party after making any change in a resident's diet or supplements. Lots of pressure from administration on the chief clinical dietitian. Always lots of on-going changes. High turnover in the nutrition services department and in the kitchen.
