Pros

Medical staff members are very good

Cons

Enthusiasm to grow and succeed as a provider is squashed by the administration they take away incentives to improve. They will lure you in with their charm and then after a year or two lock you down financially. I've worked there twice and would never go back. There was a survey done about 8 years ago where doctors rated the administrations and less 8 percent gave them better than a poor rating. So sad because it's a beautiful facility with good people working for it. Potential employee beware.
