      LMC is a well respected healthcare facility that just opened up a brand new tower, offering new units for a variety of patients. The pay is comparable to other area hospitals and managers are typically friendly and easy to work with.

      The culture of this hospital from the clinical staff to faculty has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful, making it an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      The only con I could name is the parking at the main campus facilities.
