      Senior level management appears reactionary, disorganized at times and doesnt seem to do much strategic planning.

      Pros

      Enjoy caring for the patients. Thankful they allow therapy dogs to work with our patients. They are expanding so hopefully new work options will become available.

      Cons

      Time off is restricted and hard to get. Employees here are just a number. Have been told that no one is irreplaceable which comes across as a threat.

      Amazing staff Top notch care Attention to families desires and needs Thorough assessments conducted regularly Positive atmosphere that allowed patients to thrive and enjoy there time in the facility

      Cons

      None. Incredible environment. Many residents are at the final stages of life, which can be difficult for some employees, but this facility is so positive and uplifting that it makes the difficult time just a little more comfortable for everyone involved.
