Pros

Dedicated co-workers, good benefits with full time position, mostly approachable management and physicians, cares about patient experience and patient care, stays on top of medical advances, staff is quick to volunteer for community events

Cons

can be difficult to balance work/life due to under staffing, individual offices differ wildly with regards to middle management - some are excellent and some are difficult to work for and upper management sometimes seems out of touch

Pros

They provided a lot of on the job training. I gained a lot of skills because of the opportunities they provided.

Cons

Not a fan of the office spaces I worked in. There was so little day lighting (lack of windows) that made the days drag.
