Pros

Delivering medications to the floors is actually very chill on the morning shift. You have to work efficiently but you are allocated plenty of time to pace yourself. You even get to break for breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Afternoon shift is a lot more fast paced because it is hardly ever staffed to meet demand. Night shift only has ONE pharmacy technician who has to run meds, tend to the nurses window, pull drugs, do inventory, restock the main pharmacy from the stock room, answer calls, and pull all of the hospital orders for the following day.
