Pros

Good benefits and good facilities for employees

Cons

Pay is not up to par. Communication between management levels is horrible. High turnover rate in my department, half the people have less than one year.

Pros

I have over 20 years experience. I’ve worked in multiple hospitals, including very large ones to small community hospitals. Lexington medical is a great place to work. Every job has its downsides, but LMC really does a great job of taking care of their employees.

Cons

Like any hospital, we often have shifts where we have unreasonable work loads. But over all, we are well staffed and have a very strong team effort.
