      Great 401k match and great people work here

      Cons

      Has a tendency to restrict growth especially at a staff and sr level. Have lost many great employees due to this. They also have a tendency to pay below market

      Great benefits and meaningful work

      Pros

      - The benefits are top notch, while the pay appears to be right on average with the industry. - Company continues to have significant opportunities for growth and success - Work is meaningful and has high impact

      Cons

      - "In seat" promotions appear rare. My impression is that there are a lot of HR policies that limit career growth of high performers with the exception of those that jump from department to department. For example, you have to be in your position X years before you are eligible for a promotion. - Facilities are OK - office can be noisy and is mostly cubes
