      Marketing continues downward spiral

      Pros

      Consider working here if you can join the product or sales teams. They are valued and taken care of and appreciated. There are so many wonderful opportunities at this company if you get into the right area -- product or sales.

      Cons

      Marketing is not valued at this company, High marketing turnover and low engagement. The Marketing department is toxic -- snakes in the grass. Once the executives solve the problem that is marketing, this will be a GREAT place to work.

      Great Benefits Great Products Some Great People Exciting Growth Story

      Cons

      Average Salary and disparity between salaries for same roles. Slow if any promotion prospects. If you don't work in the Nottingham office you can forget about any career prospects. Arrogant senior management team which runs as an exclusive boys club. Morale very low

      decent benefit depending on the team you work with, the work balance can be decent.

      Cons

      no stack purchase plan, the structure of the team doesn't allow you to grow fast.
