Pros

Some of the technology is interesting, mainly the data, not their antiquated stack.

Cons

Management seems to only promote white men. The company is being sued by female employees for wage discrimination based on an audit performed by federal government. Existing management micromanaged employees and wages are not competitive.

Good Time Off but Low Pay

Pros

Good time off, work/life balance, 401k.

Cons

Low pay, 2% raises and bonuses are a joke and not enough to keep up with inflation and cost of living. Sometimes even Social Security recipients get more than us. They say they invest in their employees but I'm not seeing it yet. Also takes forever to get anything done because of low performers all across the company.
