      Pros

      -Great corporate culture -Awesome benefits, 401K, and employee perks and discount packages. -Generous vacation, personal, and paid volunteer time. -Upward mobility and personalized career focus. -Training and enrichment programs. -Cafeteria, gym, walking paths, game room, basketball, volleyball, community garden areas for the employees. -Great Location!

      Cons

      -Needs a better Change Management system in place when restructuring. - Less meetings, please? LOL!

      Pros

      Work from home is allowed, flexibility around work schedule, compensates ok. Benefits are ok. There are no high expectations around delivery/performance.

      Cons

      Heavily matrix organizational structure, lot of favoritism, tenure matters, promotions are not performance based. Use of old and proprietary technology platforms. Innovation only limited to the platforms company cares for. HR technically doesn’t exist and so does Senior management. Management positions are filled with incompetent, insecure people afraid of change and only care for their job titles and salary. It is about who you know in the company and not about what you know or can do. It is amazing to see such company culture in this era and it is getting worse.
