      Pros

      Nearly everyone is quite approachable. Benefits are decent. Product is an obvious success and was bought out. All employees benefitted.

      Cons

      No matching 401k. Although LexisNexis acquisition may change that by end of the year.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Challenging innovative Being a female developer they don't treat you any different than other developers. The pay feels equal and the work load also feels equally spread amongst team members

      Cons

      Inability to change as technology changes Old Processes that are put in place don't fit new technology.

      Pros

      Good work environment. The company knows things can get stressful, so they try to hold events to de-stress employees. The on-boarding is extensive but helpful.

      Cons

      When things go wrong, people like to play the blame game. Some groups do more work than others and it can be plainly seen.
