Pros
Good benefits, decent pay, and nice office space.
Cons
Absolutely no flexibility in job, hours, or request for time off. Management makes grand promises during the interview process but do not follow through once hired. There was minimum communication amongst employees, which might work for someone who is a complete introvert. Also, most coworkers were not helpful or supportive.
