      Pros

      The work life balance is as good as any tech company. 20 days PTO from day one and an extra 5 at 2 years of service. If you are ambitious and want to ramp up your salary, there are plenty of opportunities for climbing your way up the jungle-gym. 9% match on 7% 401k contributions is also pretty freaking cool.

      Cons

      The only con is the $50 bonus premium on health insurance if your spouse has other options.
