      Pros

      Progressive thinking company that is always looking for new ways to assist the industry. Extremely knowledgeable and engaging CEO who will speak with everyone. Growing organization.

      Cons

      Too much focus on procedures and required reporting that complicate and delay the sales process. Problems that occur become the responsibility of sales people to resolve. Hidden agendas are evident.

      The people are amazing. The benefits are amazing. They are good with training and helping you understand your role in the company.

      Free Soda and free Breakfast every two weeks

      Cons

      It's a Sweat shop in IT division! They will expect you to work 24 hours a day with meager pay! The Indian based companies have been flooding the IT jobs with L2 temporary visa workers and the management expects you to work for minimum pay when you calculate the number of hours you put in.
