Experience was good, people there are very helpful. Manager was super supportive about different projects. Environment is setup for success, mentors are present to help you every step of the way. Lunch times are fun with people in Martinsville

Cons

Location was a bit hard to get by, far from main cities. Salaries

There is none unfortunately. Maybe the only thing is that my colleagues are my good friends.

Cons

Overworked and very bad pay and no bonuses for employees a billion dollar company. Reaching HR is harder than reaching the president of the US. Senior managers don’t know product and therefore leads to horrible management.
