Corporate has a great plan and very clearly communicates and trains on the plans

Cons

local plant is chaotic and ran by old school techniques, poor planning and communication

Work itself isn't difficult. Lots of room for growth and development! Great staff Office manager is GREAT! Stacey the HR director is awesome! Family style environment

No MLK day off No Juneteenth off Wish they celebrated more black holidays
