      -Friendly and welcoming workplace -Always work to be done means you won't be bored -Good benefits -Clean workplace -Occasionally free grub

      Cons

      -Management won't let office employees go fully remote because "we have to be cognizant of those who can't [those who have to work at the plants]" -Slow to react to change -European HQ controls a lot of the workflow and overall business decisions -Trying to effect change? Want to be part of something that produces visible results? Look elsewhere. -Managers slow to listen -As other reviews have noted, don't expect to move around quickly if you're looking for internal job opportunities
