Pros

none, there is nothing worthy of your time or loyalty at this company. The CEO is an oaf from Belgium who will insult you and break every HR rule in the book like talking about age and weight in your interview and beyond. He does not care about anyone but himself and his own agenda. And to top it off, he can't make a decision to save his life.

Cons

horribly oppressive European leadership that know nothing about American culture or values.

Long work hours. Inefficient use of capital and maintenance dollars driving down plant operability.
