      Pros

      Safety is very important and this company has a strong safety program. Most people are helpful and a pleasure to be around. Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Hired employees must first go through a hiring agency and some may work up to 1 year before being employed. For some one mistake can greatly effect their yearly performance.

      Friendly office environment and strong core product ranges that are highly stable in terms of cost fluctuations.

      Cons

      Poor management and accountability of resources. New policies are always being rolled out but not thoroughly vetted on feasibility. High turnover on key roles / positions. Not much growth opportunity and lack of long term growth path for the company since products are very commoditized.
