      The HQ in fort worth is nice

      Cons

      Lots of old processes, if you try to make a change recommendation you'll get shot down. Current management doesn't see any issues with their processes. Don't expect career growth opportunities

      Pros

      Very solid company with a reliable product offering. The business has been stable despite the pandemic and market volatility. Very old company with a lot of experienced professionals to learn from. Management is reasonable and treats their employees fairly.

      Cons

      Professional growth is very stagnant, unless you are related to, or connected to the higher ups. The org chart is very flat, so there is hardly any upward mobility. Most higher ups have been there for a long time and do not seem to be going anywhere, thus not allowing for younger talent to move up. Very little professional development beyond the school of hard knocks. Company is very resistant to change, and most is dictated by the European HQ.
