They feed employees well - lots of catered lunches. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Favorable competitive position in industry.

Cons

Laggard in technology implementation, Executive Leadership Team can't agree on much. Belgian parents control the company tightly, and often make it difficult to be agile in the market. Plants are dusty and messy - you don't want to drive your own vehicle to them. High turnover.
