Pros

There is a really good working environment at Lhoist. I met some excellent professionals and respect was always present. Lhoist offers good possibility for development and offers good challenges for people that likes to leave their mark. Unlike other companies, Lhoist sees their operation with a long term vision.

Cons

No cons that I can think of.
