LiRo is a great company to work for. They allow you to work remotely two days a week which is amazing since everyone seems to be going back full time. The company is growing so there has been more opportunities for advancement. The ESG committee is hard at work doing great things for our community and continues to focus on reducing our footprint. They treat their employees like family which is why so many people have been here for many years. BONUS* The kitchen is always fully stocked with all kinds of coffee and everyone's favorite milk. Bagel breakfasts once a month!!!

LiRo has the best people I have ever worked with and a collaborative work environment. I have been here for 2 years now and have had the opportunity to grow in my role and learn so much from the people on my team. They have invested in my career by paying for any certifications/licenses that I wanted to obtain and guided me through the process. We have great benefits overall and an innovative and engaging company culture.
