Pros

Everyone, including all of the high-level executives are respectful and responsive to everyone. It is an "open door" company and that make is a very comfortable place to work. It has a "family" feel even though is it a large company.

Cons

Just getting used to all of the growth and the changes that brings. But, good in that respect as well.
