Pros

I appreciate that they hire full time and offer great benefits, such as health insurance and 401K, even though they are an outsourcing agency.

Cons

They don't follow up with you regularly to make sure the outsource opportunity is working out for you. However, they are just a phone call away if you need them.

Thank you for the advice. We will work on having more regular contact with every employee. That is always our goal and sometimes we fall short. This is an excellent reminder of how important the connection is with our employees. We will work on this.

Great people all working for each other

Pros

Owners and reps are responsive and always trying to keep you in mind. Lots of communication, functions, events, and opportunities. Really great people to work with.

Cons

The time log system was atrocious when I was there. They were transitioning from one system to the next and it was just so confusing to input anything.

Pros

The application process is great- at the time they responded to every applicant with a legit reason why they did or didn't take the next step. The hiring process is swift, benefits are great, and working onsite with them is a path to a full time gig at many local companies. Once I was hired on full time, my team continued to work with Liaison as a partner on various marketing and creative projects.

Cons

Onboarding at Dell was terrible, but not Liaison's fault. There are some good contractor roles at Dell but it can be hit or miss.
