Pros
Yes, I have not been with the company for long. But, I have been in business long enough to know how lucky I am to have this opportunity already. Granted Liaison is not like other companies in that it basically sources marketing and creative teams to clients and its employees technically become an extension of their client teams. With that in mind, every experience (depending on the client) may be different. But, I can tell you this... Since the moment I met them, I felt at home with friends. We spend a lot of our time with our co-workers and it is always a pleasure to know you will like the people. My priorities may be different than others. Quality of life and enjoying what I do are at the top of my list. Life is too short not to enjoy what you do. If you are like me, this is your places. Liaison offers a relaxed, respectful, and friendly environment that allows its employees to both deliver high-quality creative work for its clients and enjoy the benefits of a flexible (sometimes remote) working environment with great work-life balance. As a small company, the benefits are probably the only thing that could potentially be better (when compared to some of the larger companies I've worked for) but they are still very good. Salaries are also competitive and the little perks compensate for a lot of that. The culture alone will more than makeup for any shortcomings on that end. Regular company outings to allow its people to get to know each other and a friendly predisposition to make you feel like you are joining a family make it all worthwhile to me. I see myself with this team for as long as they would have me, and would totally recommend it to anyone.
Cons
I honestly have not come across any problems yet. Again, rather new to the job but I interviewed for a really long time. Can sincerely say I have enjoyed every minute of it.
